Our campaign to bring Backspin back to Sirius is moving quite well!
Everyday we are gaining from people around the globe to help bring an old school music channel back to Sirius XM Thanks to our friend Monica, I like to extend an invitation to those fans of XM's Hip Hop channel "The Rhyme" on channel 65 to help join our fight.
As a Sirius I didn't know about "The Rhyme", but just like Backspin 43, "The Rhyme" was dedicated to pure hip hop.
So XM Rhyme listeners, please join us at Bring Backspin Back on Sirius XM. The fact that Sirius XM had two stations dedicated to pure hip hop and cancelled both of them is inexcusable; so I have an idea.
Since we have been hitting Sirius pretty hard with phone calls and emails, the next person who should hear out concerns is Mel Karmazin who is the Chief Executive Officer of SIRIUS XM Radio.
Voice your displeasure of losing Backspin 43 & The Rhyme and tell him you are going to cancel your subscription if changes aren't made to bring back an Old School Hip Hop channel, (I still miss Strobe too). Sirius stock is down to 26 cents a share and the last thing Sirius XM needs is to lose subscribers (Read: This Week's 5 Dumbest Stock Moves)
If anybody can locate an email or phone number for Mr. Karmazin, please send it to me or post it on Facebook.
Thanks
Kevin Lockett
